Multi Crew Cooperation Courses (MCC)

TRTO “Aerotraining” provides two types of Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) courses: Modular (Full, Independent) and Combined (Integrated into Type Rating course). The training is being performed by qualified instructors with serious experience.

The objectives of the MCC training are to optimize communication, division of tasks, checklists application, mutual supervision, teamwork and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions.

Our simulator is equipped with a CRM debriefing camera, an ideal tool to analyze and debrief your performance in a multi-crew environment. The use of such a device is strongly recommended for this type of training. You will see yourself as you communicate, perform SOPs, take decisions, etc.

We provide students with 25 hours of theoretical knowledge training (min. JAR: 25 hours) and perform the practical training on a FNPT II MCC Simulator (ATR-42).

Course prerequisites (for JAR-FCL and EU national licences)*:

  • Valid JAR-FCL PPL (A) or CPL (A) Licence
  • Valid 1st Class MED
  • English: at least ICAO Level 4

*For other licences - according to national regulations.

The MCC Course requires a minimum of two students to be scheduled and confirmed.
